FinOps Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall FinOps strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and implement FinOps policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Define and track FinOps KPIs and metrics.
• Develop and maintain financial models for cloud cost analysis.
• Prepare and analyze cloud cost reports and forecasts.
• Implement and manage show back and chargeback processes.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation models.
• Analyze cloud spending patterns and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage FinOps budget and resources.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging FinOps technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10 years of experience in IT architecture, system design, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on finance, IT, or cloud computing.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS being the top priority, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
