About Bullana

We’re Bullana — a next-generation crypto casino building provably fair, on-chain games. Our mission is to redefine iGaming through the transparency, fairness, and composability of blockchain technology. We're looking for a Lead Blockchain / Full Stack Engineer to take technical ownership of our Web3 platform and help us scale to millions of players globally.

What You'll Do

• Own the architecture and development of our blockchain infrastructure, provably fair gaming logic, and Web3 systems
• Lead a team of engineers working across smart contracts, backend systems, and frontend Web3 interfaces
• Design, write, and audit smart contracts in Solidity for game logic, rewards, and payments
• Develop full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, Ethers.js, and connect with smart contracts and wallets
• Integrate provably fair RNG systems, on-chain verification, and real-time game state updates
• Oversee backend services (Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL), APIs, and infrastructure with CI/CD
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and executive leadership to define and execute the roadmap
• Uphold and implement Web3 security best practices, code quality standards, and deployment workflows

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in Web3/blockchain environments
• Deep proficiency with Solidity, EVM internals, and smart contract patterns
• Proven experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development (React, Next.js, Node.js)
• Strong background in building and scaling secure, gas-optimized, production-grade dApps.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Hardhat or Foundry
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with LayerZero, Solana, or cross-chain systems.
• Background in iGaming, on-chain games, or provably fair protocols.
• Familiarity with real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets, Pub/Sub).
• Prior involvement in startup or early-stage product development.
