Freelance Project Manager

Over the past decade, we have built a thriving, fast-growing B2C SaaS company with a team of passionate experts. We operate in 25 languages, serve a global audience, and have only scratched the surface of what is possible.

Please note that this is a full-time freelance position for 6 months with the possibility of an extension. The project will start in January 2025.

Responsibilities

• Leading multilingual content projects from start to finish.
• Managing (remote) writers to ensure deadlines are met with top-notch quality.
• Leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance content creation.
• Creating an ambitious, but realistic roadmap to meet the timeline and company goals.
• Standardising workflows to ensure a scalable operation.

Requirements:

• Project management experience with multilingual projects, ideally related to translation or content.
• 3 years of experience in large project management (A-Z)
• Experience managing (remote) freelancers
• Know AI-assisted content and automated workflows
• Speak English fluently bonus points for additional languages!
• Preferably living in the Netherlands – remote working is possible in the same timezone.
• Able to invoice as a freelancer.
• Available to work full-time for the next 6 months.
