As we scale our efforts, we’re seeking a talented Senior Content Creator to join our dynamic team and help us to create best in class content to tell powerful stories that resonate with our target audiences.

How we work

As a senior content creator, you will be key in executing our content strategy, supporting demand generation, lead nurturing, thought leadership and brand awareness initiatives.

By collaborating closely with the head of content, program teams, and subject matter experts, you’ll craft compelling, impactful content that resonates with our audiences and drives measurable results.

This role is perfect for a storyteller at heart who thrives on producing high-quality content, enjoys tackling complex topics, conducting research, and is adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Where you come in

Content creation & execution

Create and optimize a variety of content assets, including:

  • Thought leadership: Blogs, reports, podcasts, and social media posts on a variety of topics like AI, Cybersecurity, Green IT, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Marketing program assets: Reports, landing pages, resources, interactive demos, use case stories, and assist in setting up email sequences.
  • Sales enablement: Create one-pagers, decks, FAQs, and brochures.
  • Newsletter: Send out our monthly newsletter to ensure it delivers value to our audience.
  • PR: Assist in distributing press releases

Storytelling & messaging

  • Craft compelling, audience-tailored narratives for our target audience.
  • Develop industry-specific content for specific industries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate technical insights into accessible, impactful stories.

Campaign support

  • Work closely with program teams to execute end-to-end programs across the regions and tailored based on regional needs.
  • Support dark social and demand generation initiatives through shareable and engaging content.
  • Repurpose existing content into new formats (e.g., articles into videos, benchmarks into podcasts).

Content optimization & SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance discoverability.
  • Update and refresh evergreen content to ensure relevance and performance.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on data insights.

Collaboration & project management

  • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts, consultants, and external agencies.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with our external freelance team of writers and designers.
  • Support the head of content in maintaining a centralized content repository for easy access and reuse.

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional content marketing, copywriting, or journalism experience.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging, high-quality content across formats (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, social posts, presentations).
  • Experience in B2B technology or software industries is a strong plus.
  • A background in journalism is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Exceptional writing & editing: Native English with a flair for storytelling and an eye for detail.
  • Data-driven storytelling: Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into compelling reports
  • Research expertise: Proficient in gathering and synthesizing internal and external insights to craft authoritative, high-value content.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to align content with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • SEO expertise: Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance tracking.
  • Project management: Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Adept at working with cross-functional teams and translating technical input into compelling narratives.
